  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • What are the shipping costs?
    Shipping cost depends on your location, weight and size of the items you purchase. During checkout you’ll see the shipping fee or options for free/flat-rate shipping if applicable.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll be sent a tracking code via email. You can also check your order status in “Track Your Order” section on our site.

  • What is your return / refund policy?

  • What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

     For some categories (e.g., bed sets, rugs, pet furniture) we may offer custom size or color options. Please send us a message with your requirements and we’ll check availability and cost.

  • How do I care for / maintain my product (bed sets, rugs, pet furniture)?
    We provide care instructions for each category:

    • Bed sets: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low, iron if needed. Avoid bleach.

    • Rugs: Vacuum regularly, spot-clean with mild detergent, do not soak.

    • Pet furniture: Wipe with damp cloth, avoid direct sunlight, check hardware regularly.

  • Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
    You may request to change or cancel your order within a limited timeframe (e.g., before it has been processed/shipped). Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request.

  • How is my personal data protected?
